These terms govern your use of JobCardOS and your subscription to the service. By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Cancellation Policy.
JobCardOS is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Ian Naude, trading as JobCardOS, that provides repair workshop management tools to South African repair workshop operators. The platform includes fleet tracking, booking management, WhatsApp automation, revenue reporting, and related business management features, delivered via a web-based subscription service.
JobCardOS is a digital service. Upon receipt of a successful payment, access to the platform is granted immediately and confirmed via email to the address provided at registration. No physical goods or courier services are involved. During the 14-day free trial period, access is granted immediately upon account creation with no payment required.
The services offered on this website are available to South African clients only. JobCardOS is designed specifically for the South African market and all pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR).
As JobCardOS is a digital subscription service, all payments are non-refundable once processed. In cases where JobCardOS is unable to provide the service due to system failure or unavailability, clients will be refunded in full within 30 days. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time — see our Cancellation Policy for full details. No administration fee is charged for cancellations.
Ian Naude, trading as JobCardOS, shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "Personal Information" shall be defined as detailed in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We collect only the information necessary to provide the service and will never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent. The Payfast by Network Privacy Policy may be accessed at https://payfast.io/privacy-policy/
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards. All payments are processed securely through Payfast by Network. Recurring monthly subscription payments are processed automatically via Payfast's recurring billing system.
Card transactions will be acquired for Ian Naude, trading as JobCardOS, via Payfast by Network who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast by Network uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no card details are stored on this website. Users may go to https://payfast.io/ to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by Ian Naude, trading as JobCardOS, separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast by Network's secure site. For more details on Payfast by Network refer to www.payfast.io.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Ian Naude, trading as JobCardOS, takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the provision of software services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and ongoing platform availability.
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. Ian Naude, trading as JobCardOS, chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature: 5 Gerrits Street, Bothasig, Cape Town, South Africa.
Ian Naude, trading as JobCardOS, may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
