What does JobCardOS cost?
Starter is R249 a month for one technician and 75 job cards a month. Workshop is R549 for up to five technicians and 400 job cards. Fleet is R999 for unlimited. Every plan includes a Plans from R249/month and no card is needed to start.
Is there a free trial?
Not any more. Plans start at R249 a month and you can cancel any time from Settings. If you would rather see it working before you pay, ask for a demo — we will walk you through it on your own services and prices, and there is no card needed for that.
Which trades is JobCardOS for?
Fifteen trades come set up with their own price list: motor workshops, panel beaters, towing companies, diesel workshops, auto electricians, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, engineering workshops, appliance repair, gates and garage doors, motorcycles, bicycles and jewellery. If yours is not listed you say what you do and start from a neutral list — every service can be renamed, re-priced or deleted.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, and it is built phone-first. A job card takes about thirty seconds to write at the counter, and technicians move jobs along from the workshop floor or from site.
How does online booking work?
Every workshop gets its own booking link to send on WhatsApp or put on social media. Customers book themselves in, requests arrive as pending, and nothing lands on your floor until you confirm it.
Can I message customers from JobCardOS?
Yes. Every job card has a WhatsApp button that opens your own WhatsApp with the message already written — "your job is ready" in one tap, from your number, in wording you can edit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the Billing page, without emailing anyone. Billing stops immediately and you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Your job cards and customers stay where they are.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in a browser and can be added to your phone's home screen like an app. Nothing to install and nothing to update.
