Can I record what the customer left with the device?+

Yes. Switch on the "came in with" list and tick the charger, case, SIM card or accessories at booking. It prints on the job card above the customer's signature and reminds you what to hand back at collection.

Does it keep a history per device?+

Yes. Every job is kept against the device by its serial number, so when the same laptop comes back you can see every repair done on it before.
